Key Responsibilities: Providing Compassionate and Expert Care

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with RNs, medical staff, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
Candidate Profile: Dedicated and Compassionate Professional
We’re looking for an LPN who brings:
• Qualifications: Current LPN license in Virginia, with graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in home health care, skilled care, or a related field.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and car insurance.
• Clinical Skills: Familiarity with home health equipment and patient care documentation.
• Empathy and Adaptability: A compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs
