Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill openings with a skilled care facility located in Queens, New York. This per-diem position in long-term care is ideal for a dedicated LPN with nursing home or hospital experience who is passionate about providing quality care to residents in a skilled care setting.

Qualifications:
Education: Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Licensure: Must have an active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. LPN Registration required.
Experience: Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a nursing home or hospital setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and documentation using electronic or paper systems.
Required Documentation:
Driver's License or Passport or Green Card and SSN Card.
COVID Vaccination Card.
MMRV Results (Mumps, Measles, Rubella, and Varicella).
Physical Assessment.
CPR Certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols.
Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions.
