Shift: Per diem , 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM- 7:30 AM

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ready to make a difference? Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is seeking an LPN to join our dedicated team, providing evidence-based care to individuals on their path to recovery from substance use disorders.

What You'll Do

As an LPN at RCA, you will:

• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs, observing behavioral changes, and tracking responses to treatment.
• Administer medications safely according to prescribed plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the clinical team to deliver integrated care.
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and self-care practices.
• Document patient progress accurately in medical records.
• Maintain a safe and structured environment that supports recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
