CPR Certification, Experience Modifier Rate (EMR), Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in a physician's office preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong, communication and multitaking skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-ortiented
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
- Room patients for examination and assist providers during procedures
- Perform Ekgs, wound care, Specimen Collection
- Update and maintain accurate EMR
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow up care
- Handle prior authorizations, referrals, and patient calls as needed
- Maintain infection controls standards and clinical supplies
- Assist with APCM (Advanced Primary Care Management) including patient outreach and follow up communication
We are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented LPN to join our busy medical practice. The LPN will assit providers with clinical duties, patient care, and administrative support to ensure daily operations.
