Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Texas. In this role, you will help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns in a structured and supportive care setting. Your work will include assessing client needs, creating treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, and helping clients build healthier coping skills for daily life.

This position is a strong fit for an LPC who enjoys steady weekday hours, remote work, and meaningful clinical work without the demands of an in-person office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth platforms
• Complete clinical assessments and identify client treatment needs
• Develop and update personalized treatment plans
• Use evidence-based therapy approaches based on client goals
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when needed

Requirements

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Texas
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment and treatment planning
