ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor to join our Canton, OH team. In this role, you will lead the surveying and geomatics department, manage projects for public and private sector clients, and play a key role in growing the practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Licensure: Active Professional Surveyor (PS) license in the State of Ohio required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, mentor staff, and manage multiple crews Project management: Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects across varying scopes Time management: Strong time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines Work style: High productivity working both independently and collaboratively BENEFITS We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; a Health Savings Account with company contributions; company-paid short- and long-term disability; and a $100,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company.
