Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications while monitoring efficacy and side effects
Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and care teams to coordinate comprehensive treatment
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and insurer requirements
Utilize telepsychiatry and digital tools to deliver accessible, patient-centered care
Participate in case consultations, clinical reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and crisis resources
Adhere to ethical, legal, and compliance standards in all clinical activities
Psychiatric diagnosis and differential assessment
Psychopharmacology and medication management
Telepsychiatry/virtual care delivery
Suicide risk assessment and crisis intervention
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Evidence-based therapeutic modalities familiarity (e.g., CBT, DBT)
Interdisciplinary care coordination
Regulatory and insurance documentation compliance
Clinical decision-making and risk management
Patient communication and psychoeducation
