Licensed Psychologist – Evaluation Services (Per Unit)

Looking for flexible, assessment-based work without ongoing therapy or caseload management? The IMA Group is hiring a Licensed Psychologist in Hempstead, NY to perform psychological evaluations supporting NYS Disability, DSS, and Occupational Health/Fit-for-Duty (FFD) programs.

Hempstead, NY | ~2–3 Days/Week | Per-Unit Compensation: $75/Unit

Additional opportunities may be available in Queens for candidates willing to travel.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct psychological evaluations for NYS Disability, DSS, and FFD cases
  • Perform Mental Status Examinations and clinical interviews
  • Administer and interpret psychological assessments as appropriate
  • Complete clear, objective, and timely reports via electronic documentation
  • Review relevant records and supporting documentation

What You'll Need

  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology
  • Active, unrestricted New York State Psychologist license
  • Strong assessment, testing, and report-writing skills
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations preferred
