Services to be performed include, but not limited to, performing own billing and coding, conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, behavioral assessments and individualized treatment plans, provide evidence based psychotherapy, behavioral interventions and supportive counseling, document assessments and interventions, document assessments and interventions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) following federal, state, and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) . In such cases, the physician must bill the nursing home/facility directly, payment shall be made by the facility at the current Medicare Physician Fee Schedule rate, and no other provider may bill separately for the same services rendered to that resident.
