The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our collaborative clinical team.

Position Overview:
As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to provide counseling services based on your areas of experience, interest, and expertise.
Populations served include:
- Children and adolescents.
- Adults.
- Couples.
- Families.
- Individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Clinical services may include:
- Individual counseling.
- Child and adolescent counseling.
- Couples counseling.
- Family counseling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical requirements.
- Develop and maintain appropriate treatment plans based on client needs and clinical presentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes that appropriately document client-reported information, clinical observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
- Routinely evaluate client progress toward treatment goals and modify treatment plans and interventions as clinically indicated.
- Maintain client records in accordance with The Women’s Center policies, confidentiality requirements, and applicable privacy standards.
- Collaborate professionally with colleagues and other members of the clinical and administrative teams to support high-quality client care.
Flexible Scheduling:
- Minimum commitment of six client sessions per week.
- Productivity bonus for 18 or more sessions per week.
- Daytime, evening, and weekend scheduling opportunities.
- In-person, hybrid, or virtual options.
- Flexibility to develop a caseload that complements your professional interests and availability.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
