Salary Range: $75000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs.

Explain complex insurance policies in a clear and understandable manner.

Develop tailored insurance proposals and present them to clients.

Service existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Process new business applications and manage policy endorsements.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to agency growth.

Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Proven track record in insurance sales, ideally P&C.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A genuine passion for helping people find the right insurance solutions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.
