Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Analyze client situations to offer personalized insurance solutions that provide optimal protection.

Process new business applications and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Collaborate with the team to share insights and contribute to agency growth.

Stay current with insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Valid New Mexico Property & Casualty Insurance License (not required).

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.

Comfort and proficiency using CRM systems and standard office software.
