Salary Range: $43000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs.

Present and sell Allstate insurance products, tailoring solutions to individual client circumstances.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Proactively seek out opportunities to educate clients on their coverage and identify potential gaps.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall growth objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to better serve clients.

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.

A genuine desire to help others and understand their unique needs.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

Proficiency in using technology for client management and sales processes.
