Salary Range: $40000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies with clarity and warmth.

Process endorsements, renewals, and payments while ensuring complete accuracy.

Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate updates to better protect our clients.

Document client conversations thoroughly to ensure everyone stays on the same page.

Communicate seamlessly with our Spanish-speaking policyholders to bridge language barriers.

Assist the broader sales team with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.

Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Two or more years of experience in customer-facing insurance roles.

Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience with agency management systems.
