You will work independently (or lead apprentices) to accurately diagnose issues with home plumbing systems and complete necessary repairs. This role also takes charge of residential renovations, remodels, and new construction projects, including rough-ins, installations, and maintenance, while ensuring all work meets building codes and industry regulations. Professional communication skills are a must, as you'll speak with homeowners about their system issues, explain service options, and keep them informed on the job's progress. We're looking for an autonomous problem solver who can effectively manage a workload, train apprentices, and execute jobs flawlessly.LICENSED SERVICE PLUMBER MUST-HAVES:Active Connecticut P2 or J2 plumbing licenseProven hands-on plumbing experience (ideally in residential repairs, rough-ins, renovations, or new construction)Ability to effectively perform assigned jobs independentlyValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCommunication skills for professionally interacting with customers and properly explaining system issues and solutionsOur ideal person has experience independently running residential service calls and communicating with customers. A willingness to train apprentices would be a bonus!
