The Showing Partner plays a key role in showcasing residential properties to prospective buyers with professionalism and expertise. Responsibilities include leading clients through property tours and helping them feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the home-buying journey.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
• Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours.
• Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents.
• Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently.
• Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Active Michigan real estate license (required).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
