Licensed Spray Technician & Irrigation Technician

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Licensed Spray Technician & Irrigation Technician to join our growing team in the Phoenix/Chandler area. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining commercial properties by managing pest/weed control applications and servicing commercial irrigation systems to ensure optimal landscape health and water efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Spray Operations: Safely mix, handle, and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in compliance with state and federal regulations. Diagnose turf and plant health issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Irrigation Systems: Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial irrigation systems (controllers, valves, lines, heads, and drip systems).
• Property Maintenance: Perform routine checks on commercial properties, identify maintenance needs, and communicate effectively with property managers and crew leads.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of chemical applications, service logs, and completed repairs.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Arizona Commercial Applicator / Spray License (or ability to obtain/transfer promptly).
• Proven experience in commercial landscaping, specifically with turf/pest management and irrigation repair.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude for irrigation systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift/carry equipment (up to 50 lbs).
