It’s Not Over LLC is a substance use disorder treatment provider specializing in Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. We are committed to supporting individuals in recovery through evidence-based treatment, compassionate care, and a client-centered approach.
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed clinician (LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCAC-AD) to provide therapeutic services within our Intensive Outpatient Program for individuals with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is experienced in addiction treatment, group facilitation, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions
Provide individual and family counseling
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team
Coordinate referrals and discharge planning as appropriate
Ensure compliance with state and federal confidentiality laws (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted license as one of the following:
LCPC
LCSW-C
LCAC-AD
Experience working with substance use disorders required
Experience in Intensive Outpatient or similar level of care preferred
Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention, trauma-informed care)
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience facilitating process and psychoeducational groups
Experience with co-occurring mental health disorders
Knowledge of ASAM criteria
