Job Description

As a Licensed Under 65 Group Sales Representative, you will help support those in need of Group coverage. You will apply your insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

As a Licensed Under 65 Group Sales Representative, you'll utilize your in-depth Life and Health Insurance knowledge and sales skills to consult small group companies on the most beneficial Life and Health Plans that best suit their employees' specific needs. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calling, presenting, and selling Group Insurance products across an array of carriers

  • Calling on Provided Leads, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs and market appropriate product and services

  • Achieving sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling products

  • Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed

  • Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products

  • Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day

  • Providing a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED Required

  • At Least 2+ years of successful sales experience

  • Must be Actively Licensed in General Lines Life & Health

  • Previous Group Sales Experience Preferred, but not Required

  • Previous Business to Business Experience, Account Management Experience, Project Management Experience also Preferred, but not Required

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) speakers are needed, however, this is not a requirement

Compensation offered for this role is 14.57 - 17.02 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
