Temporary Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN)
San Bernardino, CA 92401 · On-site · $48–$63 per hour

Allura Workforce Solutions is now accepting résumés from Registered Nurses for upcoming temporary assignments in outpatient clinics in San Bernardino and the surrounding Inland Empire. RNs will assess patients, coordinate care, and work with providers and clinic staff to support patients during and between visits. Schedules and worksite locations vary by assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, triage symptoms and concerns, and communicate findings to the treating provider.

• Administer ordered medications, immunizations, and treatments according to clinic protocols.

• Assist with outpatient procedures and monitor patients’ response to treatment.

• Educate patients and families on medications, care plans, and follow-up instructions.

• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with providers and other members of the clinical team.

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient communications in the electronic health record.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Registered Nurse license.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Recent RN experience in an outpatient clinic, ambulatory care, primary care, or community health setting preferred.

• Experience with patient assessment, triage, and electronic health record documentation.

• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication with patients, families, and care teams.

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
