Licensing Specialist

They would like the candidate to work 20 hours/week, but this schedule is flexible.
Expected to work 20 hours a week, will work exclusively on site downtown at
the office (with consideration for remote). Possible contract to hire so no candidates that require sponsorship. Immediate availability preferred.
Job duties:
Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system
Ensure application compliance with statutes
Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of the status of their application
Respond to public inquiries
Log fees and receipts
Prepare board meeting materials and minutes. Attend and assist with board meetings.
Order office supplies
Skills and abilities will include:

This is a part-time on-site position.
