We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Specialist (Life Science Research Professional 2) for a 1 year fixed-term to join our laboratory focused on understanding resilience and plasticity during mammalian embryogenesis. Our work combines in vivo lineage tracing, single-cell genomics, and genetic perturbation approaches to study how embryos recover from developmental perturbations.
A central component of this role will be the generation and maintenance of transgenic mouse lines. We are looking for someone with deep technical expertise and hands-on experience across all stages of mouse transgenesis.
Key Responsibilities
o Superovulation and timed matings
o Embryo isolation (zygote and blastocyst stages)
o Microinjection or electroporation of embryos
o Blastocyst handling, culture, and manipulation
o Surgical transfer of embryos into pseudopregnant recipients

The expected pay range for this position is $85,376 to $99,581 per annum.
