Life Sciences Business Development Specialist – Single-Use Solutions

Reports to: Market Manager

Location: Remote, field-based. 50% travel. Must reside east of the Mississippi River.

Job Overview:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will own new account development and market expansion across an East Coast territory serving distributors, OEMs, and end users in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical space. You will identify target customers, execute strategies to grow market share, and develop new distribution channels for single-use tubing and assemblies. This is a hunter role, and you will operate as an independent road warrior with internal support behind you.

You will partner with regional sales counterparts through joint calls and product training, gather customer specifications, and coordinate quotes and internal communications. You will keep management informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer requirements, and attend trade shows to stay current on industry developments and certifications.

Background Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in selling single-use solutions to the life sciences or biopharmaceutical market

• 3+ years of outside sales experience

• Strong technical knowledge of single-use tubing and fittings

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

• $120,000 to $130,000 plus 30% bonus

• Remote, field-based position with reimbursed travel with $500/mo for car allowance
