You will build and optimize automated journeys across email, push, and in-app messaging, using behavioral signals to drive user engagement, retention, and reactivation.Responsibilities:* Own lifecycle programs across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation* Design and optimize automated journeys using behavioral segmentation and user signals* Analyze campaign performance using A/B tests, cohort trends, and engagement metrics and translate insights into improvements* Partner with product, data, and marketing teams to support launches and drive feature adoption* Develop lifecycle programs for both consumer users and professional/team use casesRequirements:* 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM marketing, or growth marketing in a digital product or technology environment* Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or similar* Strong understanding of segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle journey design* Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign metrics, and cohort analysis* Exposure to both B2C and B2B or product-led environments is a plus
