Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII handling), and experience with Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, Data Masking, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), enterprise AI/ML services or external models, Agile/Scrum methodologies, strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills preferred. Design and configure Agentforce agents, topics, instructions, actions, and escalation paths using Agentforce Builder, Flow, Apex, and APIs, and develop and test Prompt Builder templates and grounded AI experiences using Salesforce data, Data Cloud, knowledge, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
