LifeLine CCT Clinical Educator

Job Description

Overview

Full Time, Days

Plans, facilitates, implements, and evaluates trainings for critical care transport (CCT) clinical team members. Supports all three CCT tiers, ensures clinical instruction is properly coordinated, and team members receive adequate medical and technical instruction, exposure, and experience in their professional discipline. May include travel to statewide bases and a staffing component to ensure current skills and maintain active engagement with clinical care in the field.

  • Teaching new hires how to navigate internal systems including Oracle, email, and Lifeline-specific platforms
  • Managing compliance reports and data tracking within Verico
  • Maintaining state EMS rosters and records within CADIS
  • Supporting simulation (SIM) training, including operation of SIM mannequins
  • Conducting and supporting training activities at Lifeline bases across the state as needed
  • Strong computer fluency across multiple platforms required; experience with scheduling or education management systems is preferred.

Associate's degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Minimum of 2 years of CCT transport experience preferred (both adult and pediatric CCT space), Simulation training preferred.
