Pay: $16.50/hr

Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday

About the Role The Lift Truck Operator runs a pole lift in our shipping operation — moving, staging, and loading materials to keep orders going out on time and intact. It's a fast-moving warehouse role where safety, accuracy, and reliable attendance matter more than anything else.

What You'll Do

• Operate a pole lift to move, load, and stage materials for shipment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders to match shipping schedules
• Load trucks accurately and securely so product arrives undamaged
• Run routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
• Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe
• Help with inventory handling and general warehouse tasks as needed
• Cross-train across the warehouse and shipping operation as you grow into the role

Required

• Shipping or warehouse experience
• Able to operate a lift truck or pole lift — certified, or willing to get certified
• Able to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance — the shipping team depends on a full crew

Preferred

• Active certification on material handling equipment
• Prior experience specifically on a pole lift
