[Responsibilities]

• Support engineering hardware fabrication, including cable harnesses, electrical chassis, subassemblies, and rack assemblies
• Troubleshoot and test electronic equipment and systems to ensure quality and performance
• Perform assembly using detailed engineering drawings with precision and minimal defects
• Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment and test stations
• Collaborate with the Build Lead and team members to discuss and resolve technical issues
• Safely handle equipment, including climbing ladders and moving items up to 25 pounds

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Minimum 4 years recent experience in cable harness fabrication
• Proven ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills for technical discussions
• Willingness to learn with a motivated, dependable attitude
