About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will contribute to order picking, material movement, inventory support, and general warehouse operations. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the organization and potentially transition to a permanent role based on performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate Order Picker and Forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Receive, verify, stage, stock, and put away incoming materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material placement.
• Follow all safety standards and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent, consecutive warehouse experience within the last 12 months.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent Order Picker experience.
• Current experience operating PIT equipment, specifically Order Picker and Forklift.
• Experience utilizing RF Scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven track record of dependability, attendance, and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation with no concerns reporting to work as scheduled.
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 30 feet.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, stocking, and material handling.
• Ability to quickly learn products, processes, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Desire to learn new skills and grow within the organization.
