Crab N Spice is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to support daily kitchen operations and deliver high-quality seafood dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Set up and maintain assigned station (prep, cooking, plating)
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed
Requirements:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
