167 SUSHI BAR is an open concept kitchen in on East Bay Street in downtown Charleston, South Carolina.
With 24 seats in the restaurant, our culinary team works closely with the front of house for the ideal guest's experience.
167 Sushi Bar is seeking a line cook.
The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce.
The hot kitchen will be in small teams, with team members working grill, fry, and sautée, plating dishes such as bao buns, yaki, tsukune, and kraage.
The sushi station creates the nigiri, sashimi, and maki.
167 Sushi Bar receives high quality seafood and the best ingredients.
167 Sushi Bar is open for Lunch & Dinner
Monday - Saturday, closed Sundays
Full availability is required.
Closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
This position will be a full time hourly position, expected annual gross earnings $47,000 - $65,000
