That at Rhubarb, we believe in people-first hospitality from our employees to our farm partners to our guests. We are hiring a Line Cook, but the person will always come before the role.
The Person
As a Line Cook at Rhubarb, you champion Southern foodways with modern sensibilities. You believe that the whole process is important when it comes to dining: from sourcing our produce and proteins locally and farm-direct, to whole animal usage and sustainability, to working as a team to execute a consistent experience for our guests. You thrive in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality and you know team work makes the dream work!
