Murl's Kitchen is seeking skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Line Cooks to support our growing culinary operations.

We are looking for team members who are passionate about food, work efficiently in fast-paced environments, and take pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

As part of our expanding Caribbean dining concept, Line Cooks will work closely with the Head Chef to execute menu items, maintain kitchen standards, and support a successful restaurant operation.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  

• Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations.
  

• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and within established service times.
  

• Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.
  

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.
  

• Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and kitchen organization.
  

• Maintain clean equipment, workstations, and kitchen areas.
  

• Communicate effectively with kitchen teammates and management.
  

• Support opening and closing duties.
  

• Assist with other kitchen responsibilities as needed during service.
  

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
  

• Familiarity with Caribbean cuisine is a plus.
  

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
  

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  

• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established standards.
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.
  

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
