We are looking for a responsible, dependable, motivated, and hardworking Line Cook to join our Boynton Beach team on a full-time basis.


We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and can be counted on to arrive on time and ready to work.


Schedule & Availability

• Must be available for opening and closing shifts during the week
  
  
• Must be available for both opening and closing shifts on weekends
  
  
• Schedule is rotating and may change based on business needs
  
  
• Candidates with limited availability may not be a good fit for this position
  
  

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
  
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  
  
• Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
  
  
• Must be willing and eager to learn
  
  
• Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
  
  
• Must be able to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions
  
  
• Must maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
  
  
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  
  
• Must be respectful and professional with managers, supervisors, and coworkers
  
  
• Must report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
  
  
• Must be flexible with a rotating work schedule
  
  
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards
  
  
• Follow recipes, portioning, preparation, and food-quality procedures
  
  
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
  
  
• Keep cooking stations, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized
  
  
• Prepare and restock the station before and during service
  
  
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen responsibilities
  
  
• Complete assigned cleaning and kitchen duties
  
  
• Communicate professionally with managers and team members
  
  
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
  
  
• Help maintain a professional and productive kitchen environment
