What You'll Do
As an essential member of our kitchen team, you'll help deliver an exceptional dining experience by preparing delicious, high-quality food in a clean, organized, and collaborative environment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Memorizing recipes, portion standards, and operational procedures
- Preparing ingredients and components for all menu items
- Cooking dishes to consistently meet our quality and presentation standards
- Ensuring product freshness through proper rotation and storage
- Collaborating with fellow cooks to manage varying levels of kitchen activity
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
- Assisting with packaging for takeout and delivery orders
- Supporting the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage spaces
- Handling trash and recycling removal as needed
- Participating in inventory checks and restocking kitchen stations
- Keeping storage areas clean, organized, and well-labeled
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings experience, energy, and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-output kitchen
- A current ServSafe (or equivalent) certification—or willingness to obtain within the first few months of employment
- Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for morning and lunch shifts on weekdays and weekends
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Calm and focused demeanor under pressure
- A friendly, respectful approach to teamwork and communication

Schedule
- Morning to afternoon shifts
- Late morning to late afternoon shifts
- Friday and Saturday nights (if discussed during the interview)
- On-call availability is a plus
