Position Summary:  
We’re seeking a full-time back of house team member with strong cooking and expediting experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in quality and consistency, and excels at communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items to standard with attention to quality, presentation, and timing.
• Expedite orders with accuracy and urgency to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Adapt to changing schedules and game-day demands.
Requirements:
• Proven cooking and expediting experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
