WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Line Cook, you'll help prepare the food that makes 4 Rivers Smokehouse special. You'll work alongside the Back of House team to keep service running smoothly while maintaining our standards for quality, consistency, and food safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to 4 Rivers standards
- Grill a variety of meats for service
- Prepare fried items based on current volume and guest demand
- Prepare sandwiches and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Communicate food orders and sandwich calls with the Front Line, To-Go team, Carvers, and other Back of House team members
- Maintain proper portion sizes and food quality
- Follow proper food storage, handling, and safety procedures
- Safely use knives, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Communicate with your team to keep orders moving
- Help create an exceptional experience for every guest
