SmallBiz Staffing is currently seeking an experienced line cook for a popular local diner in Crossville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing quality meals, and understands the importance of food safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Complete daily food prep and stock preparation stations
• Operate cooking equipment including grills and fryers
• Maintain proper portion control and food presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and organized
• Assist with inventory rotation and proper food storage
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and attendance
• Stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check
