What we re looking for
2+ years professional commercial kitchen experience preferred
High-volume restaurant experience
Strong experience with frying and cooking proteins
Able to follow recipes and portion standards
Able to read tickets and prioritize multiple orders
Fast, organized and clean while working
Understands food safety and proper food handling
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working during lunch/dinner rushes
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to perform prep, cleaning and closing duties
Catering experience is a major plus
