This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, focusing on Chinese cuisine and sushi.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed.
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation as needed.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours.
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably with Chinese cuisine and sushi preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
