We are a neighborhood staple famous for our massive breakfast, brunch, and lunch menu. Everything on our menu is made to order and crafted completely from scratch. We don't cut corners, which means we need skilled cooks who can maintain culinary quality and presentation while working at a fast, high-volume pace.

What We Are Looking For:
We need experienced, high-energy Line Cooks who thrive under pressure and love a fast-paced line. Because our menu is expansive ranging from creative breakfast sandwiches and gourmet wraps to busy salad and grill stations you must be a master multitasker who can maintain speed, cleanliness, and accuracy when the rush hits.
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute high-volume tickets across multiple stations (Grill, Saute, Deli, Prep).
Keep your station organized, stocked, and sanitized according to food safety standards.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure ticket times stay low and food quality stays high.
Perform opening or closing kitchen prep duties efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook, Short-Order Cook, or Deli Cook in a high-volume restaurant.
Exceptional speed, multitasking skills, and ability to handle a heavy breakfast/lunch rush.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a hot, fast kitchen environment.
English or bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
