Bistro Vendome is hiring a PM Line Cook! Come cook amazing and innovative French food in one of Denver's best French Restaurants. We are located in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood, away from the congestion of Downtown with ample off street parking and close proximity totransit. This position is full time and days off will be together most weeks. We are flexible with time off and want to make sure that all our line cooks have the opportunity to maintain a healthy life/work balance. Our kitchen focus on sustainability, scratch cooking, and careful preparation. We strive to preserve and improve our food system at every opportunity. Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience. Our line cooks ensure that goal is met with the support of their team, and they are truly appreciated for the hard work that they do.
