Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
  
• High integrity

• Enjoy working on a team
  
• Organization skills
  
• Ability to obtain a food handler certification
  
• Experience a plus
  

Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow safety and sanitation standards
  
• Execution of recipes of plates and food preparation provided by Lupe Tortilla
  
• Maintain workspace restocking area as needed
  
• Clean and Sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, silverware and glassware throughout the shift
  
• Execute opening and closing procedures
