Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented in an attractive manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
