    Nostrana, a modern Italian restaurant in Boonton Township, NJ, is looking for an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

    We re a busy, chef-driven restaurant focused on seasonal Italian cooking, quality ingredients, house-made pastas, and thoughtful execution. We re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.

    What we re looking for:

    • Previous line cook experience
    • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and as part of a team
    • Dependability and a positive attitude
    • Weekend availability
