WHAT YOU’LL DO


As a Line Cook, you’ll help create a great experience for every guest by:

• Preparing and cooking menu items to recipe and quality standards
  
  
• Working grill, fry, sauté, expo, or other kitchen stations
  
  
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, organized, and ready for the rush
  
  
• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
  
  
• Communicating with teammates to keep orders accurate and moving quickly
  
  
• Helping with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing responsibilities
  
  
• Working together with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
  
  
• Bringing a positive attitude and sense of urgency to every shift
