About Us: Kings & Daughters is a family owned and operated brewery founded in 2020. We specialize in unique and innovative craft beers that draw on the experiences, people and places that have influenced us. We live our core beliefs - embrace your passions, be honest and practice empathy.

In September of 2025 we opened our first public house, The Walled Garden. To support the Public House we own and operate a Food Truck that serves simple, ingredient focused, refined sandwiches and salads. We will host pop ups, offer seasonal menu items, and themed menu nights/weekends.

About This Role: We re looking for a line cooks who can and wants to do it all. You should bring a great attitude, thrive both independently and in a small team, and be able to juggle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.

K&D Food Truck Line Cooks share all responsibilities involved in running the truck. This includes food prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining an impeccably clean kitchen. Cooks are also expected to interact with customers and handle transactions with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a willingness to learn
  
• Adheres to all food safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment, and maintaining proper food handling procedures
  
• Assists with food production, preparation, and cleanliness of the food truck and the surrounding areas
  
• Able to work well independently and with others
  
• Communicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers alike
  
• Assists Food Truck Lead with inventory control on an operational basis
  
• Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently via the Point of Sale system
  

Requirements:

• Some kitchen experience preferred but not required
  
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
  
• Have a good attitude and are able to rise to challenges.
  
• Treat everyone and everything with respect.
  
• Excellent communication and organization skills. Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  
• Maintain OR food handlers permit
  

Compensation

• $17.00 hr. - $20.00 hr DOE + tips
  
• Tips average - $11/hr
