About the Role

Eleven Contemporary Kitchen is seeking a Line Cook to help execute a seasonal menu built around exceptional ingredients, consistency, and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on position working alongside the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team at a restaurant recognized for its commitment to quality and guest experience. You'll prepare menu items to established standards, maintain an organized station, and support smooth service during busy dinner and brunch shifts.

This opportunity is ideal for cooks who want to continue developing their skills in a professional kitchen while learning from experienced chefs and working with exceptional seasonal ingredients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Set up and maintain assigned stations
  • Execute food preparation and service responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with BOH leadership and teammates
  • Assist with product rotation and inventory organization
  • Support kitchen operations during peak service periods
  • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture

Qualifications

  • Previous line cook or food preparation experience preferred
  • Fine dining experience is a plus, but not required
  • Solid culinary foundation and willingness to learn
  • Strong knife skills
  • Ability to follow written recipes and instructions
  • Knowledge of food safety practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
