Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Assist with food prep and ingredient preparation
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods

Qualifications

• Previous line cook, grill cook, or fry cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
