Join our culinary team as a Cook in our Independent Living community! In this role, you will prepare and serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style dining environment while creating an exceptional dining experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Previous cooking experience in hospitality, senior living, country club, or restaurant environments is preferred.

Pay: $19–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Daily Responsibilities of a Cook:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals in a restaurant-style dining environment
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served according to community standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while following all sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Demonstrate strong cooking skills, efficiency, and attention to detail in food preparation and production
• Collaborate with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience for residents
• Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere through outstanding customer service and hospitality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Culinary degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience required
